1. 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Audilis, we are confident in the quality of our products. We offer a 45-day trial period starting from the date you receive your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

This commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 45-day guarantee, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 45 days of the date you received your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging providing adequate protection.
  • The product must be accompanied by your order number.

The condition of use of the product is not a ground for refusal — we understand that you need to try it to evaluate its effectiveness.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund under our commercial 45-day guarantee:

  • Return request made after the 45-day period following receipt.
  • Product intentionally damaged or subject to obvious misuse.
  • Product with an altered or removed serial number.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@tryaudilis.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return (optional)

Our team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or does not match your order. In that case, Audilis will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and verified by our team, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, an additional 3 to 5 business days may be required for the credit to appear on your statement.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@tryaudilis.com with a photo of the product and its packaging. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost as soon as possible.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

In addition to our 45-day money-back guarantee, all Audilis devices come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a defect is identified within one year of purchase, we will send you a brand-new replacement device at no charge.

10. FDA Disclaimer

Audilis hearing devices are intended for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss. These devices are not FDA-cleared medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They do not replace a professional audiological evaluation. If you experience severe hearing loss, tinnitus, sudden hearing loss, or any other complex hearing condition, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed hearing healthcare professional before use.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@tryaudilis.com so that we can resolve the matter amicably.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may seek recourse through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in your jurisdiction. Consumers in the United States may also contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov for guidance on consumer rights.

12. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.
