1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

3. Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required, regardless of your destination. No additional charges (customs duties, import taxes) will be requested from the customer upon delivery — Audilis covers all costs related to the shipment of your order.
4. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging. No mention of the contents, the Audilis brand, or the nature of the product appears on the outside of the package. Your privacy is our priority.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our Site.
If you have not received your package within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at contact@tryaudilis.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately, then contact us at contact@tryaudilis.com. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
In the event of a confirmed package loss by the carrier (no delivery recorded after the maximum timeframe), we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
7. Delivery Address
Please carefully verify your delivery address when placing your order. Audilis cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to modify your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@tryaudilis.com. We will do our best to make the change if your order has not yet been shipped.

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.
