2. Scope and Application

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products made by YLZS LIMITED, operating under the brand Audilis / The Wellness Review (hereinafter "Audilis"), through the Site tryaudilis.com. They apply to any order placed on the Site by a consumer (an adult individual acting for non-professional purposes).

By placing an order on the Site, the customer acknowledges having read these Terms of Sale and accepts them without reservation.

3. Products

The products available for sale are those listed on the Site at the time of the customer's visit. Audilis reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Audilis makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of published information but cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.

Audilis hearing devices are designed for mild to moderate hearing loss. They are not FDA-cleared medical devices and do not replace a professional audiological evaluation. Individuals experiencing severe hearing loss, tinnitus, or any complex hearing condition are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed hearing healthcare professional before purchase.

4. Pricing

Product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed separately during checkout before final order confirmation.

Audilis reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Order Process

To place an order, the customer follows these steps:

• Select the product and add it to the cart
• Review cart contents
• Enter shipping and billing information
• Select a payment method
• Confirm and submit the order

The order is definitively recorded upon payment confirmation. An order confirmation email is sent to the customer at the email address provided during checkout.

Audilis reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a prior dispute exists, or in cases of suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

A tracking number will be sent to the customer by email upon shipment.

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, any testimonials or reviews displayed on the Site reflect the genuine experiences of individual customers. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. Any material connection between a reviewer and Audilis will be clearly disclosed.

9. Warranties

Commercial Warranty: Audilis offers a 45-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Manufacturer Warranty: All Audilis devices come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

Audilis shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of its products, or for damages resulting from use that does not comply with the provided instructions.

This limitation does not apply to cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of YLZS LIMITED or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Hong Kong (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China).
